Ketones - A New Approach to Fat Loss
Ketones are totally unique. They have a caloric value, roughly comparable to glucose. And yet unlike any of the others, there's a way to just get them out of the body. So if you're in an overall deep caloric deficit, let's say you consume 500 calories a day in exogenous ketones, I don't even know exogenous. Or you could. You could do that. Now it's not going to be a net negative or even net equal. But if you could do that more often, it might be a win overall.
