How Do You Think About Nutrition Now?

I think people also get on to you a lot which is okay mainstream medical advice isn't working. Nutrition helps let's focus on that but I think beyond that there's so many other things that lead into human health and just thriving as a human. Mindset stress mitigation, sleep movement, sunlight all of these things really play into it. So I'm curious to sort of like get started digging in nutrition. How do you think about communicating that to people now?
