The Importance of Relaxation
Tension in the system doesn't allow us to coordinate movement. That tension creates a disconnect from brain to body so that we forget the movements that we practice, we forget the moves that we've trained. It's very nice I like what your Aikido master said it you have to erase that memory in the body and you erase it by relaxation. Yes.
