The Importance of Management Philosophy in the 90s

A lot of management will have gone to maybe business school or being part of business education. And what they're taught in those courses is a very particular view of the world and how we should be worked. I think that during the 90s was a step backwards, but some things were definitely better by then. What we see now is where that management philosophy has reached the end of the line so to speak and we need to grow further.
