Interviewing a Recruiter
Make sure you're doing about 20 % of the talk, king and 80 % of the listening. Ask open ended questions that prompt them to give a full answerd not just yes or no response. You want to know why are they looking right what has them looking for a new job? Operatunity, that's huge. Where are theyarein their search? Are they interviewing allready with places? Are they just looking right now casually? Are they a passive or an active candidate? If they're actively looking, youwant to make sure you're getting them drop opportunities as quickly as you're seeing the ones that fit them.
