MyDire's Lawsuit Against Mark and Deann Stidham

The lawsuit from MyDire also claims that Lula Row's founders, a couple named Mark and Deann Stidham, were doing some funky things with the money they owed MyDire. More than 20 shell companies, I think 17 of which were set up over the course of two months or so. And that they are hiding these assets so that it can fund their quote unquote lavish lifestyle.Mark has come out and vehemently denied this, saying that that is patently false.
