Cognive behavior is a constant reminder that you're going to be o k. It's the continuity of c b t that i really believe creates the effectiveness verses being in therapy, werei just once a week you go to therapy. The example i give people is ah, and i had to unpack this in myself, because people kept telling me how delusion i was early in my career.
