There is no one book. This is something that, to me, will probably never be there wherever there is in our minds. But is an ongoing orientation toward working with other people. I just see so many times people get so intimidated by the fact that they perceive that these others know so much and up coming into the conversations where it's cause. It's not a competition of who knows how much.
