How to Weigh and Measure Your Diet for a Month
Is there any gray area in that weighing and measuring process or is it just like commit to doing it for some period of time and just stop complaining? I guess two potential scaling options. One, you know in my masterclass we do go through a progression so we kind of warm up to doing weighing and measuring all of the diet which I think kind of helps because it can be a bit overwhelming at first. The other idea would just be to just track total calories instead of worrying about the macronutrient breakdown.
