i'm about 52 kilograms, so it's about a hundred and 15 pounds. At the low end of the carbohydrate recommendation for some one who is incredibly active, that puts me at 52 times eight, which is 416 grams of carbohydrates. And i just want to put that into perspective for people. It doesn't make you good or bad, or better or worse. We're still looking at five grams per cagy on the very low end, up to probably agrams per cage.
