Be committed, be consistent, push yourself to the limit. Go to bed exhausted. Become a husk of a person because you've absolutely given everything every single day. But equally, that works for eddy hern let's be totally frank, that is fine for him, cause he can handle it. He can cope with it. For other people, that's not the case.
