Opening to the Sensations
Now taking a deeper breath, and on the outbreath, letting go of the points of contact and shifting. Just choosing one place where you feel the breath moving, the nose, or nostrils, perhaps,. The back of the throat, or the chest, the abdomen are possible anchors. So making your choice now, and then allowing the attention to rest lightly on the place that you've chosen. If you're sitting the seat of the chair, and once again, spending some time, we'll just have a few moments of silence where you can practice opening to the sensations here.
