Is there ever a time when you would give fluid to a patient in the operating room if they're not meeting criteria for being fluied responsive? So let's say you've got a patient and, you know, you check their systolic pressure variation and it's five %. Is there a time whenyou would say, well, ye ok, but i'm going to give fluid anyway? A, i think that er, we have to be doubtful, you do. And em, if we think a patient's bleeding might have an acute crease in afterload as a response to that physiologic afterload, these numbers are not going to behave as we're teaching you to day
