How to Be a Better Speaker

I didn't feel like my external environment was matching up to my personal capabilities. I realized that I'm someone who builds his own orgs and builds his own communities, but you know, I found it hard to like integrate with existing groups. And so I went home and I was like, shit, like everyone's at home. How can I now use this opportunity to get as big as I can and as influential as possible?
