Cogan defines zone one as anything below 68 % of threshold heart rate. Zone three, four and k sothese guys are spending a massive amount of time in zone one. So my question is how low can i go and still get a physiological adaptation? And again, this is where things get you know, there is no when you look at intensity as an unilateral variable.
