Levers and Fulcrums - How Do They Work?
There are different types of levers, and it's important to understand this. Looking at arms and legs is nothing more than levers. If you don't properly secure all the joints in some one's body, right up to the shoulder or up to the hip joint, then that gives their body the ability to kind of compensate and move around.
