Bodybuilders build every meal around a lean meat with some kind of veggie and some kind of whole grain, or some kind of grain option. So once you have people understanding what healthy food is, you can graduate them to teaching them how to make good meals out of it. Hilariously, seed oils are just fine and totally healthy, but that's neither here nor there. That'll get a lot of hate.
