How Do You Calculate Hourly Rates?
The old system of building by the hour is basical, you get paid on a cost plos basis. It sounds like arnys profits, basically, but a deficiency. We're able to identify areas that were constant challenges to be to be efficient with our time and then able to maybe d emphasized them and emphasized other areas. So it really helped us some. And we also went through a, you know, looking at the areas of practicew the projects we took on, and it helped us make better decisions around that.
