Chat bots are designed to come back with a smiley face. To be able to pass the toy test, you have to be negative. The natural ability of a chat bot to be positive is just going to give you a higher success rate. I'm seeing a flawed human that has underneath it a temper but chooses not to get upset. And the chat bot has to demonstrate that.
