The Importance of Service in the Kitchen
I like being positive and having a good time. If you're having a bad day, it will affect what you're producing. I don't stand for any BS or any violence bullying in my kitchen. And so anything I hear, I stand on it straight away. How you are affects the whole team. So I always believe, you know, that you start service, riling the team up. Come on, let's have a great service. It's almost Sunday. You know, like, thanks, Chef. It's Tuesday. Oh, absolutely. Now there's certain words you can't even say because it might trigger it. Trigger it. Yeah.
