Is the Kip Swing Dangerous?
The kip, especially the butterfly pull up, has a significant decrease in time to complete total total raps. The further that we get away from the mecx strength, the more preparation we're going to have to do to be able to withstand it. So if you cannot do strict pullups, then kipping should not be a added into your programme yet. Develop your strict strength first.
