The Importance of a Good Career

There's a weird maturation deal and this happens with offensive lineman it happens with every position mate but offensive lines a little different. There were certain dudes that showed up day one that you knew could play and then there were other dudes that just needs like an opportunity to do more. Wilson Etec was one of our young guys in Kansas City and he ended up playing himself into a real good position just because he was kind of scrappy  and had some fight in him. Jordan Peterson or sorry Jordan Black same thing Jordan struggled a ton and then you know left Kansas City went and ended up playing 10 years and had a pretty good career.
