The inability to see yourself for what you actually are is probably the number one thing that keeps people from doing anything. Having a real expectation of time and understanding that it's going to take much longer than you think also important. And then I do think the last part of it is discipline which is the number you know mental toughness discipline for to grit all of those things come together an overall mental toughness and mental capacity to overcome that was my goal.
