Dunking Can Get People Addicted to It

Dunking is one of the best things that we can do to self organize. If i'm in this stale, boring training just doing basic jumps, or a box jump to a low box, we're not going to get that o the dop mean at a level where we need to be. So dunking tends to get people there. And so when that brain chemistry is optimized gains, we're going to stick better,. We're going to reach higher levels of force output and maximtent.
