Ketamine has this reputation for instantly reversing suicide intentions. Not just reversing it, but actually people are like, really want to live. As long as the effects are there. I experienced what my psychiatrist referred to as a pooping out of the SSRIs. Some people take these for six months and then they poop out on it just stops working. The first line and second line, Lexapro, Wellbutrin, a billify. They stop working. So what do you do? Well, you got to try another one. That's a three or six month experiment after experimenting with the dosages.
