Sleep a Tracking - Is Your Obsession Creating Anxiety?
If you're obsessed with sleep, it can create anxiety and inability to go to sleep. There's a whole line of work that shows trying to get outside early on in the day is really helpful. Do you spend a ton of time with your attention fractured, switching from one thing to the next? There's great research that shows that that can disrupt sleep. And if so, maybe you need to get upstream of sleep and try to solve that problem.
