i was in that generation that was taught that fat is going to kill you and make you fat. And so a lot of even my own wellness journey, i had to get over this fear of eating fat. Your sleep affects your nutrition by yourself or with someone else. If we're sleep deprived, that could throw off your hunger hormones,. It could also throw off your blood sugar regulating hormons - the chemical messengers that tell all your systems how to function. So taking into accountSleep and stress management are very important for our health.
