In the book, you also write that taking 20 minutes out of our time 168 hours to plan the other 167.67 hours seems like a reasonable task. I maintain anything that happens three times a week is happening regularly in your life and can be a part of your identity. When people think about whatever habits they want to have in their lives, often are doing them occasionally. And if you can start having this aspart of your identity once we approach from this perspective, then it's an achievable goal.
