The Benefits of Heavy Hip Thrusters in CrossFit
Exercises for acute knee pain flare up include heavy as hell hip thrusters. Spanish squats, reverse Nordics, kettlebell lowers and Copenhagen's are other go-tos. Most CrossFit gyms don't set aside the time for that so it should be a 5x5 at an 8RPE with 2 minutes in between. If you want some progressions past the full one shoot me a DM.
