How to Tapping Safely

The whole point is to calm and get you from a 10 unstressed scale down to a three or four. The tapping is telling your body you're safe. You're safe. This is a safe time. And then you go through this process and you end up feeling really amazing by the end. But you have to learn how to do it. So I would suggest following along with guided tapping audios or videos until you learn how to doing it on your own.
