Is there an optimal rate or is it more important to just spread out throughout the day kind of evenly? I don't have a big like endurance athlete population. You don't need to put electrolytes in every single glass of water that you drink every single day. Often one packet of electrolyte mix is good or, you know, and sometimes even a pinch of salt in the morning is all you need sometimes too.
