Coming out of them is really hard, because it's almost like being a new born baby. But the biggest thing that has helped me with them is to know that they always end. And also, i almost call it being e being possessed. The more you indulge those thoughts in that moment, at least for me, the worst thit's going to get. I learned avenge, i could only learn this in time after experiencing it for quite a long time. Just allow yourself to feel it now and trust that it will lift.
