Are Your Values Non-Negotiable?
When it comes to your values, when you do hold them, it has to be a bit of a dance between it being non negotiable, but you also being somewhat open. And we're going to do an entire episode on the fantsy self, the dangers of planning for your fansy self and making decisions for your fantasy self instead of being honest about whats happening here in real time. So i'm going to read out what mine are under the embodied values, and then i will also read out whatMine are under the desired values.
