The Inventory Is Not Measuring an Outcome
The inventory assesses how you're living these best practices, which are things that you can impact any day at will. So I think that the inventory is not measuring traits. And there is no item on the inventory that would be actually that hard to change if you really strategized and made some concrete way of doing it. The higher the score, the more the person is actively challenging himself or herself to grow.
