Are You Bringing Someone in to Help With This?

I think that the reason why we get ourselves into such a pickle is not because lawyers are bad people. It is because there's actually quite a lot of fear in the organization about finger pointing later on, right? And I think that organizations need to have a more grown up conversation at the senior level between all of the relevant stakeholders. But that is an internal senior conversation, right? So if you really want to get things done, I think those kind of stakeholders need to be involved in it.
