Building a Strong Gut

We all have a unique microbiom with specific, unique strains of microbes. There's always these redundancies that exist within the microbiom so certain bacteria can be replaced with a different bacteria capable of doing something very similar. If you're missing this one bacteria, then you are simply incapable of doing this, orr incapable of doing that. And i think that it's likely that we have microbes that we're capable of activating by re introducing foods that we haven't been consuming.
