I love this latest book of yours because it dives into a lot of misconceptions. What do you see as the biggest misconceptions? Well, I think the biggest misconceptions where protein is concerned is that you can't get enough protein from plants. Every single one of the 90 central amino acids that we use to make protein in our bodies are produced by plants.
