The Basics of a Balanced Diet

On the keto diet, you take in 70% of your calories from eggs or meat. On cheat days, like on Saturday, you can have whatever you want but don't spike your blood glucose too far. You only eat Whole Foods Monday through Friday, a small amount of hyperprocessed food on Saturday and then no processed food on Sunday. For me, it's fun because I literally don't worry about food during the week.
