And then at our home office level, or, excuse me, art our supports anas you now call it, every single employe there has a development budget that they can use to develop their skills. I just really believe we have almost as much influence on each other's lives, just because of the amount of time that we're together and the stress that we're under in work places. It is a commitment when a group of people get together to try to accomplish something. i think thereis a responsibility there to take care of
