How to Write a Daily ESP

E for effort. Where did I put in good effort? That part of today's practice that I bear down and work hard maybe was a drill that I'm not particularly fond of, but I grinded through it anyway. Thirdly, P for progress. What am I getting better at? What parts of the game or what attributes qualities do I seem to be getting at based on what happened today? And maybe what happened yesterday and the day before? Daily ESP. So you can go ESPN as a way of reflecting on any given practice session, any given workout. It's how you build up this reservoir of confidence building thoughts.
