The very first starting point for anybody who's having sleep trouble is just try and extend your total sleep time. If you're getting 10% of REM, why we have to figure that out. A lot of SSRIs can kick you out of REM sleep as well. Light, what we're eating, stress, all of these things can kick us out of REM and deep sleep.
