The Effect of Food on Mental Health
There is growing evidence that the food we eat may be a vital ingredient to help us feel better. Fermented foods, such as sauerkraut and kimchi kefir, boost diversity of beneficial microbes in our gut. Tea, coffee and dark chocolate are foods rich in polyphenols which have a protective effect on brain cells.
