How to Make a Career Change

I read on LinkedIn, actually, this morning that 75% of US schools are short on teachers. I love this perspective because it lets us or allows us to think about these teachers leaving this profession as also the change that we need in order for education to be successful in the future. And if you're a hiring manager and you're struggling to fill your pipeline, go out there and take a chance on somebody. There's just something about someone who has a little bit of desperation that can mean so much to everyone around them.
