The Importance of Stability in Exercise

With exercise, it is I think the most complicated because it's so multifaceted. We care a lot about stability, strength, aerobic performance, and peak aerobic performance. Strength of course matters immensely in fact along with VO to max strength probably has a higher degree of prediction for longevity than any other metric we can track.
