Are Chestnut Trees Going to Die?

i'm for g m o chestnut trees. What are they using em for? Not nothing. They want to have american chestnuts back. It would be nice if they could get back elm trees also. We live init in basically one big species invasion. And every, every plant in the world is going to meet its worst enemy - car y. I'd like to find a kodzo pest.
