The Importance of Starting at the Other End of the Story

Cassidy: It's really tough for some people to know how to analyze the data and Cassidy you and I have seen this because we've looked at a lot of QBR decks especially like our internal ones where we come to different conclusions than the team that delivered the QBX the QBR deck came to right. So what is your advice for developing the ability or or training kind of the skill to be able to look at data and draw the most accurate conclusion? Carl: You don't start with the data you start at the other end which is what was the objective and the goal and then obviously did I meet it and if not they use the data they kind of figure out why and explain
