The Cycle of Not Sharing

When working in a new organization, there can be resistance to sharing data. There's this fear of potentialy if i'm open, i might m obsolete. And it leads into this really awful cycle of not sharing. But when you step back and think about it, or as you're hearing about u r like this, you really you want to be open and share openly.
