Taking Naps - I'm a Routine

Don't just try it once in the bounce if you were great at it if you try. Practice taking a nap say eight times in the next month i don't care when you do it but i want you to call the heck down and relax. Think about something you have eventually gotten good at or less bad at and think about how you arrived at it in a way that was not intuitive to you at the beginning of starting this week. There's so many things like that that will never reveal themselves to you if you're good at the first time and the deep. You don't get docked points for being bad at it one time there are no points, we'll get to that later
