How to Talk to Other People in a Company
If you are doing and working on however, I bet you that if you took a poll from all of our listeners, that 80 20 numbers, probably not that far. But there are people inside the company who you want to be speaking with come up with why. If you write it down and you rehearse it and you really believe it's in their best interest, it'll be easy to tap out if they say no. And just think about documenting this and then it's saying, okay, so then step two, you do the why, you know, so we do this step two for two things were strategic alignment and financial prioritization.
