That drove the top of my wrist into the metal to such an extent that I sprained or kept driving it inYeah well this is this is where I'm rose in exercise after exercise yeah so then I continued with Maltese and Vicks work because I was in Paris  it took me like three weeks to find a place where I get set up all this equipment. We had better results from that heat a couple of times a day than we did from a year of ice and he'd been growing for a while when his heel got painful
